Hi everyone again,
I'm running a mixture of 2 compounds by 31P CPMAS. Let's
call them A and B.=20
When my rotor is half-full with A, I see a nice strong signal in 8 scans.
If I complete the packing of the rotor with B (so there is 50% A and 50%
B), I cannot see A at all after 8 scans or even after 1k scans! But I
eventually see B.
The CP setup is the same. The matching/tuning of the probe didn't
change.
What is happening?
