AMMRL,
We have an old Bruker 200MHz NMR that is no longer in use and we are wanting
to allow the magnet to quench. The power supply to the console is now longer
working so I am unable to turn it on.

I contacted Bruker and they said...

(Due to the risks involved I'm pretty sure I can't give an official recommendation
beyond "have somebody from Bruker come in and discharge the magnet.").

However, they suggested I contact your organization to see if there is something
I can do to safely allow the instrument to quench without calling in someone from
Bruker.

Any advice would be helpful.

Regards,
Chris Hansen
