Dear All,
Thank everybody who spent your precious time to read my email.
Almost everybody think this is a lock-phase or lock stability issue, but I do not have this problem when I use the other version of waterLOGSY published by Dalvit in 2001.
That version uses a 180 degree pulse in the middle of the mixing time.
Here is another picture showing the spectra of the two separate scans when water is at +Z and –Z. Your comments are appreciated!
Thanks,
Weixing

Hello:
I am trying to run the PO-waterLOGSY experiment (AV-II, TCI, TopSpin 3.2), but I see a glitch on the left side of each peak (0.5 mM DSS, d1=3 sec, mix=0.8 or 1.2 sec). When I tried to collect the data of scan 1 and scan 2 separately, I found that the peak position of scan 1 shifted to the left side a little which is the cause of the glitch after the two scans were added together.

Has anybody seen this problem and how to fix it?
Thank you in advance!
Weixing Zhang
