AMMRL: ssh on RHEL4 - problem solved

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions.

It turned out that the problem was that we were using a password that
was too short (acceptable for login from the console, apparently, but
not for login via ssh).

The people who write "undocumented features" are sooooo inventive!
