Safety: surgical pins

Colleagues,

I have a safety related question. I have a potential NMR user who has
pins in her jaw. Is it safe for her to get close enough to the magnet
to load a sample? I really have no idea and I certainly don't want to
put her at risk.

I have searched the AMMRL archives and visited Bruker's web site, but
have no leads. Is there a good safety resource I can consult about
this question?

Thanks in advance,
Judy
