When I came in this morning from a day of vacation yesterday, I noticed that
the NMR room seemed usually warm from what I am used to. When I looked at
the thermostat, the room was 75 °F. When I went to look at the A/C unit to
make certain it hadn't frozen up (that happens about twice a year), there
was a note taped to it that informed me that the A/C people thought the NMR
Room seemed to cold and they had warmed it up. I went and found them and
tried explaining to them that it was important to keep the NMR Room cool and
I didn't think 71 °F during the day and 69 °F at night was out of line. Am
I keeping the room to cold?
So, here is my question to you...what temperature(s) do you keep your NMR
room? I apologize if this is a repeat of a previously discussed topic. I
tried searching the archives and did not find exactly what I was looking
for.
I will post a summary if there is interest.
Thanks,
Adrienne
