Bruker Autosampler: "O" ring

Hi,

I am looking for a cheap-ish fix for perished "O" ring seals on the plunge
arm on an old design of the Bruker autosampler(at least 10 years old). The
"O" ring seal at the top and bottom of the assembly(that lifts the piston up
and down) leaks air and the autosampler can time-out before the piston has
moved to the fully up or the fully down position. Conducting grease on the
piston helped, but did not cure the problem.

Can anyone tell me the specifications of these "O" rings - if it is easy
to find new ones - if it is easy to replace them. Bruker have offered a
new piston assembly and "jib" arm for a very high price(at least a very high
price for us).

Cheers,

Mark
