Dear All,
I recently installed VNMR on a SGI workstation to work as a offline
dataprocessing / Pulse programming.
When I tried to compile a pulse program I had the following error
message:
I installed the vnmr in the directory /
my user directory is /usr/people/sendhil/vnmrsys/
Under that directory I have the psglib, seqlib data and other
directories.
I moved the pulsequence to /psglib and the parameter file to /parlib
When I try to compile the pulse sequence in the unix shell as seqgen
....*c then
I get the following error:
Beginning pulse sequence generation process....
Adding DPS extension to pulse sequence.....
Compile with DPS extensions failed
Retrying without DPS extensions
Pulse sequence did not compile
The following errors can also be found in the file
/usr/people/sendhil/vnmrsys/psglib/ ......errors -- No such file or
directory
I will appreciate very much if I can get any information for resolving
this error
