J. R. Crocker, David Cross and Rich Shoemaker).
There seem to be two different solutions possible.
Most people recommended Pasternack Enterprises
as dealer (
http://www.pasternack.com) for ready
prepared cables. One specialized provider for
such custom made cables is Ramtronix
(001-631- 242-4700).
The other solution are self made cables. The best
worldwide provider for the necessary parts (plugs,
cables, tongs) seems to be RS components.
(
http://www.rs-components.com). The
largest problem here is the tremendous huge
assortment of the parts mentioned above. -)
As cable seem to be RG214 (for cable with N type
plugs only) or RG213 (for cables with mixed BNC and
N type plugs) the best choice.
