Looking for a RF Control Board

Hi,

We are experiencing intermittent failure of the RF Control Board, on the
high-band portion; part # 990988-(00F), 87-195754-(00K). It is an old
Varian-Gemini 300 with no upgrades. Would appreciate anyone knowing
where we could buy a replacement without going to Varian and where we
could get the board repaired.
