appear in the next issue of C&E News. After much discussion with our
administration, we finally obtained a slightly better salary for this
position. Please bring it to the attention of anyone who may be

Preliminary Search:</bold> An RF Electronics Specialist (Co-ordinator
of Research Programs/Services) is being sought by the Department of
Chemistry at Florida State University with extensive knowledge of NMR
spectrometers. The position involves maintenance of the six
departmental spectrometers, and development of probes for specialized
applications. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to
interact with RF staff and scientists at the nearby National High
Magnetic Field Laboratory. A minimum of a Master's degree or
equivalent experience in electrical engineering or related field is
required. Salary will be commensurate with experience. To apply, send
