I've put a few scripts I use online just in case they could be of use to anyone.
These are all specific for Bruker spectrometers controlled by Linux workstations.
I'm guessing many of you already have your own tools to accomplish what these
scripts do, but take a look if they sound useful!

Lightweight implementation of rsync for automatic copying of recently-acquired
Bruker NMR datasets from instrument workstations to a server without putting
much strain on the workstations.

Automatically renames Bruker NMR datasets with bad names (ending-in-a-period,
identical-to-another-except-for-case) once the data is finished acquiring.

Monitors ICON-NMR sessions on multiple NMR instruments and sends customized
emails to the NMR manager and/or users when things go wrong. Serves as a more
flexible alternative to the limited email options in ICON-NMR.
