Hi Guangxin,

The pulse sequence on Bruker is C13IG. We set the D1=30, NS=2148 for overnight run on polymer samples with concentration of 0.3g in 0.6ml solvent. For small molecules, the number of scans can be smaller.

We do not use Agilent spectrometer anymore. But previously we used the same conditions as above.

Hope this helps.

Dear Spinlanders,

I have the following two questions about the quantitative 13C NMR: (1) Pulse sequence for Bruker and Agilent spectrometers; (2) the minimum and acceptable S/N for getting the reliable quantification. Really appreciate your valuable inputs and recommendations.

Thanks,

Guangxin
