Thanks to everyone who replied to my question, and especially to Mike
Engelhardt and Rainer Kerssebaum at Bruker who found my error.

I was using an old gradient shape file, sine.100, with incorrect scaling
factors. Re-calculating with the correct values gives nice DOSY data.
