revised salary page

I have revised the graphical presentations of the 2001 AMMRL salary data
available at http://labmanagers.com and http://opie.nmr.siu.edu

Same data, just presented better, with regression analyses.

Happiest of holidays to everyone! My RF sweeper is coming in before Xmas,
so I'll have at least one toy to play with over the holidays!
