Hi all,
I have a Bruker AC300 console that has been converted to the Tecmag DSPect
running TNMR software. This morning I came in and the console was powered
down. We have an emergency power supply connected and it is appears to be
working correctly and when I opened the fuse panel outside the lab, the circuit
breakers to this power supply were not blown and there are no other indications
that any other room or equipment had had a power interruption. When I try
and reset the console with the spring loaded switch on the back of the console
it does nothing - in the past it has always reset and powered up the console!
Has anyone ever seen this issue and figured out what the problem was?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
