Hi Kenneth,
If you are talking about the pulse amplifiers located in the power
supply module of the MR400s, yes, they are unreliable. We have had to
change the low band amps in both our MR400s. But the rate that they
failed on you is rather high. Maybe they are overheating due to a bad fan?
