Hi all,
When my current lab was set up, before my time, fluorescent lights were
installed with remote ballasts because of concerns about interactions
with the instruments. I don't know if these concerns were valid or not,
as other labs here and elsewhere use standard lighting, as far as I am
aware.
It is now proposed to replace my lighting with CREE UR series LED
systems, which use drivers instead of ballasts. Does anyone have
experience of these systems and whether I should have any concerns?
