SMASH 2014 is just around the corner! This year’s meeting is taking
place September 7th to 10th in Atlanta, Georgia USA at the Hyatt
Regency.
Here are some important upcoming dates to keep in mind:
August 1st – late registration begins. An additional $50 USD will be
added to the registration fees after this date. Details can be found
on the SMASH Registration page
August 15th - The Poster Abstract Submission deadline has been
extended to August 15th. Submission and additional Poster details can
be found on the SMASH website under Posters.
August 15th – Deadline for room reservations at the Hyatt Regency with
the conference rate. We have negotiated a room block with the Hyatt
for conference attendees. At our Hotel and Transportation page on our
website, there is a direct link to make hotel reservations at our
conference rate. Please use this link to ensure the proper rate.
August 29th – Registration closes.
