ammrl: gradient shim -> PSG could not execute

Hi everyone,
I updated our mercury (vnmrj 1.1d) from chempack 3 to chempack 4 and can no longer gradient shim. When I try (through either gmapsys or the gradient shim button on the setup tab) I get a "PSG could not execute" error which freezes the whole program. Any suggestions?

Short of a fix, is there a way to toggle loading chempack? I know how to turn it on/off on our VNMRS with vnmrj 2.2c but can't find the option in 1.1d. If that doesn't work, can I simply delete the chempack folder? Are all the associated files in that folder? If I end up having to do that, any suggestions for getting the install file(s) for chempack 3?

Thank you,
