Funding Sources for NMR Instrumentation

Folks:

I am doing an informal survey to find potential sources for funding for new
NMR instrumentation -- spectrometers, scopes, other diagnostic equipment,
and the like ... I am sure there are other sources than the obvious, and I
wanted to pick your brains on the matter, if you don't mind.
