Hello All,
I have available four Waltz-16 modulators. They are available on a
first-come first-served basis. Initially, I will send one unit to each
person making a request. I will consider a multiple shipment if someone
has multiple, similar spectrometers on one site. The recipient will be
expected to pay for shipping.
These units are hardware implementations of the Waltz modulation
sequence. An on-board digital frequency counter is included to set the
proper stepping frequency. They were intended to drive a decoupling system
that has an external TTL input to its 0-180 degree phase modulation
hardware. The devices were built to professional standards some years ago
-- when NMR spectrometers had limited size pulse programmers. They would
be quite useful on middle-aged spectrometers from any vendor or on modern
systems where long pulse sequences are required. I can probably locate the
instructions and electrical schematics for the units.
If you have an interest in one of these modulators, please contact me
directly. I would be happy to try to answer questions concerning setup,
operation, and compatibility with specific hardware.
Regards to all,
