AMMRL: BCU-I troubleshooting

Hi AMMRLers,

Our Bruker BCU-I chiller stopped working recently and I was wondering if anyone
out there could share their experiences with these or similar models. When we
switch it on, the compressor comes on audibly and the probe temperature starts
to drop, but only by 10 degrees or so. The compressor gets continually quieter
and eventually the temperature begins to rise again. The status LED flashes green,
and eventually Topspin indicates Insufficient Cooling. There's a troubleshooting
table in the back of the manual, but this particular scenario isn't described.
Our dry air has a dew point a little above -50 C, which makes me wonder if the
issue isn't moisture somewhere freezing up clogging the line, but the airflow
seems normal and the issue doesn't seem to resolve when I leave it off overnight
while flowing RT air through it. If you just want to share your own experiences
that don't quite pertain to this, that would be great also, I can compile
everything and share.

All the best,
Alex
