Hi All:
I am having a nagging problem with the BSMS on our Bruker DRX-500.
During shimming I will often get a message E:70 BSMS timed out and will
lose communications between the Boss keypad and the BSMS cpu. They will
eventually reconnect and I will need to reload the boss data. There
seems to be no rhyme or reason to this. Sometime I can I can go days
without this happening and other times it prevents me from collecting
any data. I have replaced almost every board in the BSMS, checked for
bad connections and replaced cables all to no avail. I even tried
bypassing the keypad by using the software for shimming but I still get
this error. Bruker seems to be at a loss about how to fix this problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
