Hi all:
We are having communication problems with our Avance 300 and we cant run
anything and the system is down.
Error light blinks in the LED's of slot2 (RXAD400), slot4(SGU400), slot5
(SGU400) of AQS/2 rack of the console.
I rebooted the console and the desktop few times and the problems still is
there.
Also, i tried "ii" and "cf" from topspin command window. For "ii",
it gives the following error msg " BirdRack flush: communication error
with AQS rack master.time out or device locked or not connected".
When i type in "cf" command, error msg was " cant read AQC rack
configuration. error during powerup of RX22-1".
I checked the network connection to the console from the desktop (using
ping command) and network connection is alive and working.
Appreciate any suggestions to fix these issues.
