Hi everyone,
We run TS4.5 under Windows on a NEO 400 and we have similar problems, not often
and not associated with VT work. Similarly the only fix is to restart TS. It
is not a major problem by any means, just annoying if you are in a middle of a run.

Hi Everyone
We are running Topspin 4.5.0 on a 500 NEO with Alma Linux. When doing VT work
the software will randomly lock up and you have to kill it and reopen it. Or
more common the pop-ups for target temp or gas flow will lock up and you can
not type in them. They can be closed and reopened but you can still not type
in them. When this happens you can still type in the main Topspin window and
most everything seems normal. So far the only fix we have found for this is
to again close Topspin and reopen it.
Is anyone else having similar issues or found a solution? This has been happening
for awhile now.
