Remember electromagnets? Remember EPR? Well, we have this Varian Mark II
Fieldial
that is in sad shape. We would like to replace it with something better.
1. Does anyone know of a modern field controller, based on a hall probe, that
can be used to control a power supply for a large electromagnet?
2. Does anyone have a Varian Mark I Fieldial in reasonable shape that he wants
to part with?
