Which spectrometer??

Dear All:
May I ask those of you who have recently bought NMR instrumentation to
share your experience with us here at Clemson. We are in the market for a
400 MHz narrow bore high-resolution instrument. We are open to Bruker,
Jeol, and Varian. Your confidential comments would be greatly appreciated;
in particular, on hardware reliability and performance, software
user-friendliness, service, and anything else you feel important to
consider.
