A technical clarification. MacFID 1D will read Varian data and can be used
for processing and the interface is almost identical to MacNMR. However
data saved by MacFID 1D cannot be read by MacNMR. I suspect this is done
to make it worth your while to purchase the 2D version of MacFID. In the
end, this may not be an important distinction, depending on what somebody
is trying to accomplish.
