I am trying to connect a Brother M-1109 serial printer to my old
(1983) Varian XL-300. The pin outs for the serial interface board
of the XL appear to be similar to those specified by the printer.
What I do not know is the format for the data coming out of the XL,
specifically the number of bits, pairity and baud rate. If any of
you have this info would you kindly pass it on to me.
