OFFICE MEMO Line-shape in TOCSY's Date:5/8/97

Hello Out There-

I'm looking for references describing changes in line-shape with length of
mixing time in the 2-D TOCSY experiment. I'm trying to use this experiment
to elicit coupling constants for a pseudorotation study in 2'-modified RNA.

Any help would be appreciated.
