Dear AMMRL,

I have an interesting, and for me, unexplainable observation
in my 15N separated HMQC-TOCSY spectra. I notice that for the 15N resolved
planes, the peaks on the diagonal are much smaller than the
N-alpha, N-beta, etc., cross peaks. This is opposite of what I
usually see in normal homonuclear 2D expts. Is there a simple explanation
that I am missing, or am I just not phasing very well?

Cheers,
