Apparently, my language was a bit imprecise. The comment about not being
able to stop a quench refered to once the quench had actually started (i.e.
the magnet is already coming down on its own) as opposed to the dewar
becoming soft and the boil off rate going up a bit (which is warning of an
impending quench). Sorry if there was any confusion.
