I am trying to locate a simple, structured peptide for which I could
obtain 1D and 2D data to show a graduate class the use of NMR methods for
peptide (and by inference, protein) structure determination. So I am
looking for something that has only a small number of AAs yet is
structured, perhaps a cyclic peptide or one with disulfide linkages. If
anyone is aware of such a peptide that is commercially available, please
let me know. If there is enough interest I will post a summary of replies
received.
