The programme you are looking for is available from eg. Peter Lundberg's compilation of nmr
software site: http://www.chem.umu.se/divisions/fk/EduNMRSoft.html and several other
mirror sites, although I wonder if ANTIOPE is really what you are looking for as this is a pulse
sequence spin simulation programme.
The site above is however a useful starting point for finding something that meets your
needs.
