coauthorship survey

I have not conducted an annoying survey for so long I feel the need to do
another. This concerns whether you feel appropriately acknowledged for your
professional efforts.

Please respond to survey@mols.siu.edu and put in the SUBJECT line the
numerical response to the question:

I feel that my contributions to research publications are appropriately
recognized with coauthorships and/or acknowledgements

5 - Always
4 - Usually
3 - Sometimes
2 - Rarely
1 - Never

If there is a comment you really wish me to read, put an asterisk after your
numerical response. Otherwise, I will not read the body of your message. If
there is a story to tell there, I'll make a compilation and distribute it.
Otherwise, I'll distribute an email bar graph (because I anticipate a double
maximum rather than a gaussian).

I will treat all responses as confidental. My reply will include my
season's greetings to you all (hint).
