We are in need of an air compressor replacement as our current sytem
is old and not-so-reliable. We are also plagued with oil leak into the sytem
which require heavy filtering and frequent maintenance. I was recommended by
a vendor with a non-traditional design and am wondering whether anyone have
experience with it. I would appreciate very much any information regarding
this or other types of compressors.
Our requiremnt is roughly 75 CFM at a pressure of about 110 psi as
we had several NMR and IR GC/MS and MS instruments. The recommended
compressor is a type call "Hydrovane" which have a rotary type of compressor
instead of a piston type. I am wondering whether anyone in this list have
any expereince with it. Any info/ suggestions are alos welcomed.
