AMMRL folks,
Would like to determine viscosity of Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,
HPMC, 2% aq. soln., by 50 MHz 13C NMR. Line width at half height can be used
provided MW <= 20k. Actual sample MW ranges between 10k and 120k.
Would also like to determine absolute % methoxy and % propylene oxide
in 2% aq. HPMC soln.
Any useful suggestions or lit. refs. will be collected and reposted
to the group.
