probe insert

We have Bruker probes. The problem here is with a 5mm inverse narrow
bore. I have noticed some scratch marks at the inside bottom of the
inner-most glass insert. I suspect the samples are causing this problem.
The scratches dont go completely around the insert. Has anyone noticed
this situation past or present? I suspect slightly warped tubes, spinner
or tube not balanced, or probe axis alignment. Has anyone got any idea on
how to dynamically spin balance a spinner and sample easily before
putting it into the probe. The key word is "easily". Does anyone allow
id. labels on the top part of the tube or do you take them off before
inserting. Would looking at the spinner noise give a clew there was a
problem of rattle, etc. Thanks.
