Spectroscopist/mgnet height incompatibility

Hi All,
Being of average height (6ft 6 inches) I do not have this problem.
Unfortunately I am known as the human step ladder in the lab. Also I have two
vertically challenged individuals working for me, so I purchased a fiber glass
ladder. It has aluminum steps, and a small amount of steel. The ladder is
light, easy to move and with the small amount of steel has a very small
tendency to drift toward the magnet. Even as tall as I am (vertically
enhanced) I find the ladder useful for helium fills. In addition we have two
non-magnetic steps which are also useful for loading samples.
