NMR STAFF POSITION
Available effective March 15th, 1996. Duties include spectrometer
trouble shooting, repair and maintenance, running service spectra
for users, and participating in collaborative research projects.
Prior experience in electronics and hardware repair is a requisite.
The NMR Facility consists of Bruker Spectrometers operating at
600 MHz (AM-600), 400 MHz (upgraded WH-400), and 200 MHz (CXP-200).
The facility also has SGI workstations for NMR data processing and
structure refinement calculations. The individual will work closely
with the Manager in the smooth operation of the facility. Highly
motivated individuals interested in participating in collaborative
research projects and in publishing research articles are encouraged

NMR POSTDOCTORAL POSITION
Available effective March 1st, 1996, for research involving multidimensional
NMR study of macromolecular structures, and computational structural biology.
Prior experience either in protein expression and purification, or in scientific
programming will be a definite asset. The available instrumentation includes
NMR spectrometers operating at 600 MHz and 400 MHz, and three silicon Graphics
workstations for data processing (FELIX) and structure refinement calculations
using XPLOR/QUANTA/CHARMm and in-house software packages. Access is also
available to the CRAY Supercomputer Facility in Huntsville. Send a resume and
