EM360

We have a problem with an old EM360 which was "dead" for some
time, but now it looks like we get a water signal out of it.
The peak has a linewidth of ca. 5 ppm, but moves when we change
the field. So we think it is a real signal.
Shimming didn't do anything to the linewidth. We believe there
might be a problem with the phase control. The poti is extremeley
touchy (also after replacing the poti itself). When "phasing"
this peak, it doesn't really invert but cancels to zero at a
certain point.
It is possible that the circuit board controlling the phase
is faulty.
Did anybody already encounter this problem?
I would be grateful for any suggestions.
Thank you!
