Bruker Utility Program "HEADER"

Dear AMMRL,
Last week Juergen Schulte mentioned a utility program I wrote for use on
an Aspect 3000 which is named HEADER. This program is used to add a string to
the beginning and to end of each line in a text file. Juergen had some
requests for this file, and he asked me to post where it can be found.

The file header should be transferred as a binary file.
