undergrad teaching

Last month, there was some email discussion about the increasing need to
incorporate undergraduate teaching into NMR Facility activities (and grant
proposals). NMR is almost non-existant in our undegrad curriculum, partly
because (in my opinion) we haven't even determined what "undergrad NMR
instruction" should be. For example, is it part of our analytical,
organic, and/or physical chemistry undergrad labs? What experiments
should be conducted?

I would appreciate any info about NMR experiments and other class work for
undergrad teaching that you can provide. References and descriptions of lab
assignments would be ideal. I'll summarize any responses in a future
posting unless you mark them as confidential.

Also, I once heard a great seminar by Dr. Scott Hill of Alma College on NMR
expeiments for undergrad teaching. Does anyone know how I can reach him?

Thanks,
