I have been trying to run 2D 1H-1H TOCSY experiments with the DIPSI-2 mixing
sequence on our Bruker AMX500. I have produced the pulse sequence from the
paper by Rucker and Shaka (Mol. Phys., 1989, 68, 509) but have experienced
problems with experiments halting at random periods due to 'pulser errors'.
When the experiment runs to or near to completion (which isn't very often!)
the processed data are quite acceptable, so the basic program cannot be
grossly in error. TOCSYs with the common MLEV sequence do not produce such
errors.
Whilst I await comments from Bruker, I would like to know if anyone out
there has implemented this experiment succesfully, and if so, could I see a
copy of their pulse program for comparison?
Thanks,
Tim.
