Postdoctoral Fellowship

National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences
National Institutes of Health
Research Triangle Park, North Carolina

A postdoctoral position is currently open in the NMR group of the Laboratory
of Molecular Biophysics at the National Institute of Environmental Health
Sciences (NIEHS). The work involves characterization of the structure and
dynamics of protein adducts using NMR methods, as well as structure
elucidation of isotopically labeled or fluorinated metabolites. Available
instrumentation includes 400 and 500 MHz Varian UnityPlus spectrometers and a
GE GN-500 spectrometer.

Candidates must be within five years of the Ph.D. degree, yet proficient in
multi-dimensional NMR spectroscopy techniques applied to protein structure
elucidation or metabolite identification.

For consideration, candidates should send a CV including bibliography,
official graduate and undergraduate transcripts, three letters of reference,
a copy of the doctoral degree, and an abstract of the doctoral dissertation
to:
Dr. Robert E. London,
MD 17-05, NIEHS
