Dear NMR Folks:

I have a professor who is interested in doing NMR in a liquid crystal
matrix. If any of you have any experience in this area, or have
colleagues who use such techniques in research, could you please help
with the following general questions:

1) What liquid crystals seem to generally give good results for
such experiments?

2) Where/how would one get ahold of the materials in question?

I've never dabbled in this area, and he asked if I could post a
general request for information to the group.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Best Regards,
