Dear AMMRL,
I'm wondering if anyone has hetronuclear (1H-15N) 3d HMQC-TOCSY and HMQC_NOESY pulse sequencies on Bruker AM spectrometer that would be willing to share it.
Now I'm working on Bruker AM-500 with 2 channels and did the 1H-15N 2D HMQC-TOCSY and HMQC_NOESY with GARP decoupling for nitrogen 15. Recently we'd like test the 3D spectroscopy. I would very much appreciate receiving your answers for the 3D pulse sequencies.
