We are trying to upgrade one of our spectrometers and are looking for two
components:

1. A 16 Bit digitizer that will work with a Nicolet 1280 computer, and

2. An Ethernet package for a Nicolet 1280.

If anyone has one of these two components and would like to sell it to us, we
