Having just had two of the last three helium deliveries made with all
vents closed on the dewars, it occurred to me to ask what experiences
AMMRL members have had along these lines, what procedures they have
in place to deal with the problem, what training they may have initiated or
implemented to deal with this problem and what system(s) may be in place to
minimize this problem.
